Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Safety and Risk Prevention Lead Technician to manage human resources, shift scheduling, and supervise workforce activities at Peru's main shipyard. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the human resources assigned to the project 2. Supervise and control the project's workforce 3. Experience in safety and risk prevention Servicios Industriales de la Marina S.A. (SIMA\-PERU) is Peru's leading shipyard, responsible for maintenance, modernization, and construction of vessels for the Peruvian Navy, as well as executing projects related to naval and metal-mechanical industries for both domestic and international public and private sectors, adhering to the most stringent quality standards to contribute to national defense and socio\-economic and technological development. Currently, we have new projects underway, with HYUNDAI as our primary partner. We are currently seeking a **Project Safety and Risk Prevention Lead Technician**: **Specific Responsibilities:** a. Manage human resources assigned to the project and allocate respective responsibilities. b. Schedule shifts and overtime hours according to project requirements. c. Supervise/estimate and control the workforce assigned to the project. **REQUIREMENTS**: **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical degree in Industrial Safety and Risk Management or related fields. **Experience:** * *General*: Minimum three (03\) years in companies or state entities. * *Specific*: Three (03\) years in positions with similar characteristics and responsibilities. **Essential Knowledge:** * Occupational Health and Safety * First Aid * Fire Prevention **Additional Competencies:** * Commitment * Goal-oriented mindset * Teamwork **IMPORTANT**: Availability for on-site work in Callao.
