




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement and Logistics Assistant with experience in inventory, stock, and supplier management to support the implementation of corporate policies and procurement processes. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant in inventory, stock, asset control, procurement, and warehousing (healthcare sector experience preferred). Additional studies in logistics, warehousing, asset control, procurement, or related areas. Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP (logistics modules) and advanced Excel. Key Responsibilities: Implement and ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and procedures. Support tendering processes for the acquisition of goods and services. Perform supplier segmentation, evaluation, and registration in relevant systems. Create and maintain up-to-date supplier and item master data in SAP. Receive, review, and classify internal user requests according to urgency level. Request quotations and comparatively analyze technical specifications, pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with internal users to validate and approve quotations in alignment with their operational needs. Prepare purchase and/or service orders and manage approvals with supervisors based on monetary authorization levels. Draft contracts in coordination with the Legal Department, ensuring regulatory compliance. Register supplier invoice confirmations in SAP, verifying quantities, amounts, and tax-related information. Manage returns, observations, or rejections of products and services. Review and manage the monthly report on purchases without invoice registration, implementing necessary corrective actions.
