Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Purchasing Assistant to manage registration, billing, and coordination of purchase orders within a pharmaceutical company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the registration and billing of Commercial Agreements. 2. Coordinate purchase orders and distribution tracking. 3. Review and monitor product and supplier coding. Responsibilities: Prepare information and documents required for the Procurement Analyst's meetings and negotiations. Manage registration, settlement, billing, and collections for Commercial Agreements (Rebates and Other Commercial Revenue). Implement efficient document management to ensure quick, secure, and organized access to departmental information. Coordinate timely generation of purchase orders according to assortment requirements. Track product distribution and reverse logistics processes to ensure pharmacy availability. Review and monitor coding of new products, laboratories, and suppliers. Coordinate updates to product status in the system (active, discontinued, inactive). Perform other related duties assigned by the Head of Procurement. Profile: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Assistant. Knowledge and experience in Procurement, Marketing, and effective Negotiation. Basic English proficiency and Excel skills. Immediate availability to work in San Isidro.
