Job Description Mission: Collaborate with and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with directives from your supervisor, to enhance both decision-making and project execution processes through your work, and to add professional value to internal clients. They are responsible for managing and communicating sustainability within the organization—and externally to shareholders, investors, and consumers of services/products. Activities include: raising organizational awareness of the importance of sustainability; preparing reports required by the company and stakeholders; communicating and promoting the organization’s sustainability initiatives to consumers; planning sustainability and environmental strategies and developing indicators to monitor them; reporting on corporate progress against established indicators; and engaging with stakeholders to communicate and implement further actions toward achieving a sustainable organization. Candidate Requirements JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure strict application of quality standards, procedures, and regulations at all project stages. Supervise and verify that construction works, installations, and systems comply with technical, contractual, and applicable regulatory requirements, thereby ensuring final delivery quality. REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications: * Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Professional Registration and Licensing: Currently registered and licensed with the corresponding Peruvian Engineers’ Association (desirable). Experience: * General Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience in infrastructure airport construction projects, high-rise buildings, or related fields. Location: * Willingness to reside and work in the city of Cusco for the duration of the project. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Implement, supervise, and maintain the project’s Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with applicable standards and technical specifications. * Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), execution procedures, work methods, and technical documentation submitted by contractors and suppliers. * Conduct periodic, systematic, and random inspections of construction works and critical activities, verifying compliance with drawings, specifications, and established quality standards. * Identify, record, document, and report non-conformities, observations, or deviations. Coordinate the definition of corrective and/or preventive actions and follow up to ensure timely and effective resolution. * Supervise and coordinate laboratory and field testing (e.g., concrete, soil, welding). Ensure traceability of materials used and validity of certificates and test results. * Serve as the quality liaison, proactively coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental departments to integrate quality requirements from planning through execution. * Prepare and submit periodic quality performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
