Canevaro \- Lince, Lima. * Proactive, communicative, and results-oriented. * **Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.** **Main Responsibilities**: * Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational staff (across multiple accounts simultaneously). * Post job advertisements, conduct fieldwork, screen CVs, interview candidates, and coordinate assessments. * Maintain updated candidate reports and databases. * Coordinate with user departments regarding hiring requirements and onboarding dates. * Other duties related to the position. **Requirements**: * Psychology, Business Administration, or related field student and/or graduate. * Minimum one (1) year of certified experience in recruitment and selection across various sectors, primarily in large-scale processes. * Knowledge of employment documentation and coordination of occupational medical examinations. * Ability to work under targets and strong interpersonal communication skills. **We Offer**: * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. * **Monthly salary of S/ 1500 soles.** * Professional development opportunities. * Excellent working environment.
