We are seeking TALENT for the position of Educational Psychologist (Pre-university Academy modality). **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Academic and Vocational Guidance: Supporting students’ choice of major/university and their transition plan to university life. * Psychoeducational Assessment: Identifying learning needs, attention/concentration difficulties, study habits, and socioemotional factors affecting academic performance; preparing reports and support/referral plans. * Psychoeducational Intervention for Academic Performance: Designing and implementing brief intervention plans (e.g., study techniques, time management, self-regulation, coping with academic stress) in coordination with teachers and academic advisors. * School Climate and Prevention: Designing preventive initiatives (e.g., bullying/conflict resolution, social skills, assertive communication) and detection/referral protocols. **Secondary Responsibilities** * Advising teachers, academic advisors, and school administrators (e.g., pedagogical strategies, behavioral management, methodological adjustments). * Working with families: Parental guidance and workshops on academic and socioemotional support. * Designing and implementing preventive workshops (e.g., emotional education, dropout prevention, healthy study habits) and evaluating outcomes. * Inter-institutional Coordination: Establishing coordination networks with other institutions (e.g., neighboring schools). **Tertiary Responsibilities** * Teacher training on psychoeducational topics (e.g., mental health and learning, motivation, school climate). * External coordination for cases (support/referral networks and follow-up), liaising with specialized services as needed. **Requirements:** * Psychologist with experience in the educational field. * Experience in pre-university academies or working with adolescents (preferred). * Proficiency in psychoeducational assessment, group workshops, and coordination with teachers/families. **Benefits:** * Career development path * Pleasant work environment **Salary:** S/1400 – 1500 **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (7:30 AM to 6:30 PM); 1-hour lunch break. **Address:** Parque Los Portales de Chillón, Calle Las Magnolias, Mz E1 – Lt 19, Puente Piedra.
