Join us as we advance through a digital transformation that will revolutionize the logistics business: you will play a key role in our success and build a successful professional career. **Our Opportunity** We are seeking a **Social Worker** who will play a key role in employee well-being and compliance with labor and social security regulations. This position will be responsible for the comprehensive management of medical leaves and subsidies, as well as social case follow-up, acting as a strategic partner for employees and internal stakeholders. Additionally, this role will supervise external service providers, provide support in benefits administration, contribute to labor relations processes, and promote a positive work environment through the use of indicators and continuous process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor medical leaves (DM), ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies * Comprehensively administer the subsidy process (EsSalud), including documentary validation, control, and coordination with Payroll * Coordinate and manage the external provider responsible for subsidies and medical leaves, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) * Monitor and provide support for employees’ social cases (illnesses, accidents, personal situations), offering guidance and solutions * Evaluate employee requests (e.g., personal loans) in accordance with internal policies * Develop and monitor management indicators (KPIs) related to subsidies, medical leaves, social cases, and benefits * Verify the authenticity and consistency of medical documentation submitted by employees * Coordinate with clinics, EPS, and other healthcare entities as required * Provide guidance to employees on social benefits, insurance, subsidies, and internal processes * Support labor relations processes, including interaction with unions and handling of requests * Contribute to internal and external audits related to social welfare and subsidies * Maintain updated documentation and databases, ensuring traceability and order * Identify and implement improvements in subsidy, medical leave, and social welfare processes * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, Code of Ethics, and applicable regulations * Promote compliance with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines * Perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor **What We Are Looking For:** We seek a Social Worker with experience in well-being management and a strong focus on employees, capable of acting as a strategic partner on social, health, and labor relations matters. **Key Technical Knowledge:** * Labor and social security legislation (especially EsSalud subsidy management) * Comprehensive management of medical leaves * Administration of well-being programs and social case management * Labor relations management and union engagement * Monitoring of management indicators and metrics (KPIs) **Differentiating Skills:** * Clear and empathetic communication * Strong analytical ability and organizational skills * Ability to handle complex situations and resolve conflicts * High employee- and service-oriented mindset * Collaborative teamwork and team-focused approach **Required Experience:** * 2–3 years of experience as a Social Worker **Experience in:** * Subsidy and medical leave management * Comprehensive social case follow-up * External provider management Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
