Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Engineer to develop and implement OSH documentation, supervise risk prevention and safety protocols, identify hazards and assess risks, and train personnel in occupational safety and health. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead occupational safety and health management 2. Train staff on safety regulations 3. Investigate incidents and ensure implementation of corrective actions An SSOMA Engineer is required for Ate. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or training courses in Safety, Health, Environment, and Sanitation (certificates must be attached). * Minimum certified experience of 3 years as a Risk Prevention Specialist and Safety Officer, including work at heights, hot work, confined space work, and other similar activities relevant to this service (certificates must be attached). * Knowledge of OSH regulations, environmental management, emergency procedures, and safety standards. * Familiarity with the ISO 45001 management system. * Leadership skills to foster a culture of prevention. * Skills: personnel management, attention to detail, time management, effective communication, teamwork, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement OSH documentation: ATS, IPERC Matrix, weekly reports, incident/accident investigations, daily safety talks, delivery records, and procedure training records, among others. * Supervise proper execution of project-related risk prevention and safety protocols. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and determine appropriate controls for project construction activities. * Train project personnel on Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment in accordance with current regulations and other related topics. * Conduct incident and accident investigations, report findings, and follow up on implementation of resulting corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements regarding occupational safety and health. * Perform other duties inherent to the position within the scope of competence.
