Job Description Mission Supervise the technical and administrative execution of electrical construction works in the field, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule standards, as well as proper coordination with contractors and suppliers to guarantee project success. Candidate Requirements ACCIONA, within its Concessions Business, requires hiring for the following position: POSITION: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR OBJECTIVE: Ensure the efficient and safe execution of construction works in accordance with the schedule, drawings, and technical specifications established by ACCIONA, guaranteeing compliance with quality, Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standards and with the Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy, through on-site supervision and coordination of activities, resources, and contractors, thereby contributing to achievement of project objectives. REQUIREMENTS: * PROFESSIONAL DEGREE: Bachelor’s degree and/or graduate in Electrical Engineering. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. * MS Project (MANDATORY). GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in similar positions within the electrical transmission sector in field operations. WORK LOCATION: Project – ICA RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and monitor construction progress against the project schedule and plan. * Coordinate field activities with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications of construction works. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) regulations. * Review and approve daily/weekly construction progress reports. * Manage material resources, equipment, and personnel according to project requirements. * Identify risks and propose preventive or corrective actions on site. * Ensure compliance with IMS Policy, internal regulations, procedures, instructions, IPERC, Safety Plan, and Emergency Response Plan. * Participate in technical and administrative coordination meetings with the project team. * Document and report incidents, delays, or deviations from the plan to the Project Manager. * Verify correct execution of works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
