Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for a metal-mechanical company specializing in the repair, maintenance, and projects of naval piping systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and advise on the safe execution of activities. 2. Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose preventive actions. 3. Develop, update, and implement SSOMA plans and programs. **SSOMA SUPERVISOR** Snive & Asociados S.A.C. is a metal-mechanical company specializing in the repair, maintenance, and projects of naval piping systems; we are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to join our team. **Requirements:** \-Technical or engineering degree in Industrial Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Occupational Safety and Health Engineering or related fields. \-Experience supervising high-risk work activities. \-Knowledge of Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health, first aid, fire prevention and control, PPE, environmental hazards, ISO 45001:2018. \-One or two years’ experience as an OSH Supervisor / SSOMA Supervisor / SST Supervisor / Prevention Specialist in the metal-mechanical industry. \-Availability to work in Callao. **Responsibilities:** \-Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure safe execution of activities. \-Advise supervisors and operational leaders on OSH-related matters. \-Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose corrective and preventive actions. \-Develop and review ATS, IPERC, work permits, and safety procedures. \-Conduct 5-minute safety talks, inductions, trainings, occupational safety and health education, and risk prevention awareness activities. \-Develop and update risk maps. \-Monitor and implement the annual SSOMA plan and program. \-Maintain mandatory OSH records. \-Provide technical support to operational staff regarding SSOMA. \-Update and implement Occupational Safety and Health Management System procedures. **Working Conditions:** \-Working hours: **Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm** \-Formal employment registration \-Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, EsSalud) \- PYME REGIME \-100% covered lunch If you are interested and meet the requirements, please send your CV to **info.sniveyasociados@gmail.com** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
