**Job Description**
----------------------
Provide surgical patient support by coordinating the patient's care process to facilitate timely and safe care and recovery.
* Accompany the patient during the postoperative phase, providing ongoing guidance and support.
* Coordinate appointments, evaluations, tests, and postoperative follow-up.
* Provide education to the patient and their family.
* Promptly identify barriers that may interfere with timely recovery.
* Conduct telephone follow-ups to reinforce instructions, verify progress, and resolve questions within the scope of professional competence.
* Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiology, hospitalization, admissions, and other involved departments to ensure continuity of care.
* Timely document all interventions performed in institutional systems.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities aimed at optimizing the surgical patient’s experience and safety.
**Candidate Requirements**

* Licensed nurse, registered with the professional nursing association and authorized to practice.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in inpatient or outpatient healthcare settings.
* Preferred experience in surgical patient care or support.
* Preferred knowledge of the perioperative process and pre- and post-surgical care.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and health information systems.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and patient-centered skills.
