Ensuring compliance with protocols in operational units NURSING TECHNICIAN (OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH – FISHING INDUSTRY) We are looking for a highly qualified nursing professional to join our team in the city of Callao. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proactive approach to preventive health and be available to embark when required, ensuring healthcare delivery and protocol compliance across our various operational units. Certified nursing technician. Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Health. Diploma or course in Occupational Health. First Aid training course. Intermediate-level office software proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). BLS certification (desirable). Availability to work in Callao. Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) monthly. RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitoring and implementation of health programs. Preparation of weekly reports. Compilation of attendance statistics. Management of medical supply inventory. Inspection of first-aid kits and emergency kits. Worker health monitoring. Conducting 5-minute safety talks.
