Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse and Distribution Coordinator to oversee warehouse operational management, optimize inventory processes, and ensure operational safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and update the warehouse location map (slotting). 2. Supervise preventive equipment maintenance and implement Lean Warehousing. 3. Implement order picking methods and manage inventories. This is your opportunity to join our team **WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR** Send your CV to **jdurand@tagacorp.com.pe** **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and update the warehouse location map (slotting), assigning fixed or dynamic locations based on turnover speed (ABC) and physical volume. * Supervise the preventive maintenance plan for racks, shelving, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks to ensure operational safety. * Implement order picking methods (Wave Picking, Zone Picking, or Batch Picking) and define packaging standards to reduce losses during transportation. * Execute daily cyclic and semi-annual full inventory programs, analyzing root causes of discrepancies (ERI) and implementing corrective actions. * Supervise container unloading and merchandise verification against documentation, ensuring strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (Expiry) rotation policies. **Personal Characteristics (Competencies):** * Operational leadership and field personnel management. * Real-time conflict resolution. * Results- and efficiency-oriented. * Assertive and cross-functional communication. * Decision-making under pressure. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Specialization in Inventory Management or Distribution Logistics. * Application of Lean Warehousing. * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (High-Turnover Warehouse and Distribution Management) and 1–2 years as supervisor, team leader, and/or coordinator. **Technical Knowledge:** * Inventory Management (FIFO/LIFO/FEFO methods). * Comprehensive warehouse management (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch). * Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS). * Handling of logistics KPIs (Inventory Accuracy – ERI, Productivity). * Distribution and routing management. **Computer Skills:** * Intermediate to Advanced Excel. * Power BI – Intermediate. * WMS (Warehouse Management System) proficiency. * ERP system proficiency. **Benefits:** * Payroll contract from day one (General Regime). * Market-competitive salary. * Positive work environment. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Statutory Life Insurance and other benefits. **Work Location:** La Victoria – Lima Join our family and grow with us! **\#apply, \#share, \#refer.** Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Application Questions: * Please describe in detail your experience in this role: * What factors do you consider essential for effective warehouse management and distribution processes within an organization?
