Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for logistics operations at a Peruvian company with over 10 years of experience, performing picking, packing, and inventory control. Responsibility and commitment At **MP Outsourcing Logístico**, a Peruvian company with over 10 years of experience in human resource management and logistics operations, we are currently looking for a **Warehouse Assistant** to join our prestigious client "Honda del Perú". **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience in warehousing, picking, or logistics. * Availability to work morning shifts. * Responsibility and commitment. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday (no work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). * Shift start times: 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., or 9:30 a.m. (as scheduled). * 9.5-hour workday including a 1-hour lunch break. * Location: Av. Faucett 3737 (8 minutes from the former Jorge Chavez Airport) **Main Responsibilities** * Product picking and packing. * Transporting goods using pallet jacks and radio-frequency equipment. * Receiving and selective inventory counting. * Other duties assigned by the supervisor. **Conditions** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Monthly salary: S/ 1200 \+ S/ 250 (bonus). * Monthly payments via BBVA bank account (managed by the company). **Benefits** * Full PPE provided from day one. * Overtime hours recognized and compensated. * Stability in fixed operations. * Growth opportunity in an established company.
