Our **Parts** team is seeking a **Warehouse Machinery** professional to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to efficiently manage the machinery spare parts warehouse, ensuring spare parts and materials are available and effectively organized to meet workshop and customer requirements. Conduct counter sales of JAC truck spare parts, providing personalized and timely service. **What You’ll Do** * Receive and verify spare parts and supplies arriving at the warehouse, ensuring quantities and conditions match purchase and/or transfer documentation. * Conduct direct counter sales of spare parts to customers. * Manage corresponding collections, offering available payment methods. * Store spare parts and materials on designated shelves in an organized and clean manner to facilitate retrieval and access. * Inventory management: perform cycle counts and report discrepancies to supervisors. * Spare parts dispatch: prepare and dispatch requested spare parts to workshops and field operations per Work Orders (WO) issued by technicians and/or service advisors, ensuring parts are delivered in good condition and verifying quantities dispatched. * Record product inflows and outflows in the inventory management system. * Update stock levels to ensure information accuracy. * Collaborate with technicians or other departments to ensure required spare parts are available, reporting spare parts availability and delivery timelines. * Ensure the warehouse is a safe environment complying with occupational health and safety standards; otherwise, report issues to supervisors and relevant departments for corrective action. * Address inquiries from internal customers and suppliers. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Completed technical or university studies in administration, mechanics, logistics, or warehousing. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative logistics functions related to warehousing, inventory, and distribution (Mandatory). * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or logistics management systems. * Independent courses related to the automotive, machinery, and/or logistics management sectors (Desirable). * A1 driver’s license (Desirable). **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility, and we invite you to do it with us.
