Join a maintenance team specializing in hazardous waste management An environmental-sector company specializing in comprehensive hazardous waste management is seeking a **Welding Technician** to join its maintenance team. We seek a candidate with experience in welding, fabrication, and repair of metal structures, committed to complying with organizational safety, quality, and procedural standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform welding tasks on metal structures, equipment, and components used in operations. * Fabricate, repair, and condition metal parts according to the maintenance department’s requirements. * Maintain assigned tools and equipment in optimal condition, promoting order and proper usage. * Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) policies and procedures. * Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure equipment operational readiness. **Requirements:** * Technical training in Welding, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing welding and maintenance tasks on metal structures. * Knowledge of fabrication, repair, and conditioning of metal components. * Experience in industrial painting and surface preparation is desirable. * Availability to work in Ventanilla. * Familiarity with SSOMA standards and practices. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Immediate enrollment in MYPE payroll. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
