Job Summary: We are seeking Electrician Foremen and Operators to carry out electromechanical work on site, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. Currently, we are delivering services for Lima/Callao Metro Line 2. We are looking for ELECTRICIAN FOREMEN and OPERATORS. REQUIREMENTS: \- Academic qualification: Completed secondary education. \- 1 year of experience as an electrician technician or foreman in electrical construction projects; for operators, 2 years. Must provide a work certificate of at least 6 months for foremen and 1 year for operators. \- Availability to work: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Saturdays, 7:00 PM to 12:00 PM \- Work location: Metro Line 2 (Callao) GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Support the execution of electromechanical work on site under the supervisor’s direction, complying with project technical standards and safety regulations. \- Perform conduit installation, cable laying, cable tray, support, and IMC pipe connections. \- Perform splices, connections, and basic circuit labeling. \- Collaborate with operators to ensure correct execution of tasks assigned to the designated work front. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. \- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. \- Comply with environmental, safety, occupational health, and quality standards, as well as company policies, RIT, RISST, procedures, and all other applicable guidelines governing job activities.
