




Position Summary: This multifunctional role provides key administrative and operational support to management, handling tasks ranging from calendar management to occupational safety and health supervision, and promoting organizational climate. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support to management and administrative coordination. 2. Occupational safety and health management, and promotion of organizational climate. 3. Document drafting and supervision of legal notifications. • Calendar management, meeting coordination, and operational support to Management. • Document drafting: letters, certificates, work certificates, among others. • Supervision of notifications in the electronic mailbox (SUNAT and SUNAFIL), coordinating with the Legal and Accounting departments. • Leading the BVN supplier homologation process, ensuring compliance with requirements. • Supervision and management of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) system. • Promotion of organizational climate (internal events, celebrations, integration activities). • Management of Mandatory Life Insurance for relevant personnel. • Coordination of Occupational Medical Examinations (OME). • Airfare procurement and administrative logistics management. • Coordination for the creation of institutional email accounts. • Procurement of office supplies and cleaning products. • Management of Office and antivirus renewals, and coordination with IT. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Technical years of experience Languages: Spanish, English Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
