**Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Valid national ID (DNI). * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position (work certificates required). * Proficiency in interior and exterior painting techniques. * Knowledge of applying latex paint, enamels, sealers, textured coatings, among others. * Ability to perform patching, sanding, and surface preparation. * Availability to work in HUACHIPA. * Good physical condition and willingness to work on-site. * Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and patch surfaces prior to painting. * Apply paint according to technical specifications and required finishes. * Ensure quality and uniformity of work. * Coordinate with supervisors and other departments according to the construction schedule. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report progress and material requirements. **Benefits:** * Civil construction labor regime. * Salary based on the wage scale. * SCTR insurance.
