communities we serve, and we work to secure a sustainable future for all. **Job Description** **Main Function** * Implement the organizational adaptation process to meet the requirements of the new regulation law of the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation ("APCI") and its regulations, managing changes in processes, roles, and responsibilities, and coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the process. * Ensure regulatory compliance for WWF Peru by coordinating with responsible parties across all functional areas of the office, monitoring that all office processes comply with the new APCI regulation law and its regulations, as well as other related laws. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop an action plan and manage the implementation of required changes so that WWF operates in alignment with the new APCI regulation. * Propose and influence the adoption of new practices that accelerate the adaptation process to the new APCI regulation before the Executive Committee, Leadership Committee, and any other relevant bodies. * Ensure that WWF Peru meets all legal requirements within established deadlines, completing compliance before the maximum timeframe indicated in the APCI regulation. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to support automation and optimization of internal compliance processes, considering the APCI law and approved WWF network procedures where applicable. * Participate in the Due Diligence process to analyze relationships with civil society organizations, partners, suppliers, private entities, and individuals, ensuring compliance with WWF network policies and best practices and reducing the impact of identified potential risks. * Contribute to developing procedures and best practices aimed at mitigating and/or reducing operational risks for the WWF Peru office, according to network standards. * Review partner work plans to ensure activities are compatible with local regulations and with WWF Peru’s policies and standards. * Be responsible for leading the registration process of projects, programs, agreements, and contracts with APCI, guaranteeing obtaining *prior approval* before starting implementation. * Be responsible for monitoring and consolidating annual and semi-annual reports required by the regulation, ensuring they are submitted within legal deadlines and with sworn declaration quality. * Serve as the focal point for APCI, maintaining proactive communication, and coordinating inspections or audit processes that the agency may conduct. * Design and maintain protocols to respond promptly to corrective or provisional measures imposed by APCI, minimizing risks of suspension or cancellation. * Coordinate and deliver periodic training sessions to all WWF Peru departments on the scope of the APCI Law and Regulation, and on implications of non-compliance (minor, serious, and very serious violations). * Monitor the issuance of complementary regulations to timely adjust internal policies. * Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Director. **Requirements** **Education:** * Professional degree in Business Administration, Law, Industrial/Business Engineering, or related fields (Required). * Specialization programs in Project Management or Change Management (Desirable). **Experience:** * Prior experience in projects involving multiple stakeholders, change management, and project management, preferably aimed at adapting new regulations within an organization. * Minimum of 04 years of professional experience in corporations, law firms, and/or non-governmental organizations. * Desirable experience in legal matters and administrative procedures. * Desirable: Previous professional experience in the international cooperation sector. **Knowledge** * Understanding of the international cooperation sector. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Advanced level of English language (oral and written). **Skills and
