The ideal candidate will be a professional with extensive technical experience, the ability to interpret complex construction drawings, and a rigorous approach to executing high-quality finishes. The candidate will report directly to the Site Manager or Foreman, ensuring all activities are carried out under the strictest safety and operational efficiency standards. Main Responsibilities * Execution of complex masonry works, including partition walls, cladding, installation of prefabricated components, and technical finishing. * Interpretation of construction drawings and layout of structural elements. * Conducting precise measurements and preparing required materials for each project phase. * Technical coordination with laborers and assistants to optimize delivery timelines. * Supervision of proper use of tools and light construction machinery. * Strict compliance with occupational health and safety protocols, maintaining order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. Candidate Requirements * Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a First-Class Mason, preferably with civil engineering or large-scale building construction companies. * Solid knowledge of construction materials, mortar mixtures, leveling techniques, and professional finishing methods. * Ability to read construction drawings and understand technical specifications. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (Construction Collective Agreement – TPC) of 20 hours or equivalent. * Teamwork skills and a field-oriented problem-solving approach. * Availability to work at the company’s current project locations.
