At Pedregal, we are looking for 01 PROPERTY SECURITY SUPERVISOR with experience in industrial or agricultural companies for our ICA branch. Responsibilities: Supervise entry and exit control of personnel, vehicles, and materials. Lead and coordinate daily operations of the security team. Conduct security inspections and patrols to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Supervise CCTV monitoring and the operational status of surveillance systems. Manage incident reports and investigations, ensuring timely and effective responses. Train staff on security procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with BASC, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety standards. Prepare shift schedules and ensure efficient coverage of assigned posts. Maintain updated procedures, records, and operational documentation for the department. Requirements: Graduates of Security, Administration, or related fields. Experience in property security supervision. Knowledge of risk management, access control, and surveillance systems. Valid Driver’s License (A1, A2b, B2b). Proficiency in MS Office.
