At SAVIA \- People and Organizations, we are searching for an: **HVAC PLANNING ASSISTANT / JUNIOR PLANNER** For our client, a leading company specializing in the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial/industrial air conditioning and ventilation systems. **LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:** * Cercado de Lima (On-site). * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm \| Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, operations, after-sales, or Facility Management. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency / Pivot Tables (Mandatory). * Experience with Power Query and Power BI (Desirable). * Experience managing performance indicators, SLAs, and preparing operational reports. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, schedule, and administer the monthly preventive maintenance plan. * Coordinate with agencies, corporate clients, and supervisors to ensure service execution and site access authorization. * Monitor schedule adherence, response times (SLA), and work order (OT) status until closure. * Manage and consolidate technical documentation (certificates, minutes, protocols, and monthly agency reports). * Identify opportunities to automate report generation and operational controls. * Maintain up-to-date service performance indicators and documentation required for audits. **BENEFITS \& CONDITIONS:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one. * Opportunity for professional development in HVAC process optimization and data analysis.
