We are currently seeking a Public Procurement Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with experience in State contracting processes. Main Responsibilities: Review and conduct daily monitoring of tender opportunities and processes on State platforms. Prepare, organize, and submit documentation for public and private selection processes. Manage procedures and required documentation for participation in tenders. Coordinate with various internal departments to collect technical, commercial, and administrative information. Monitor schedules, observations, clarifications, and outcomes of processes. Maintain updated records and filing of tender files. Verify compliance with requirements stipulated in administrative terms and reference documents. Support the preparation of quotations and commercial proposals. Track purchase orders, contracts, and execution of awarded services. Requirements: Graduate, technician, or bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience in public tenders and State contracting. Familiarity with State platforms and public procurement processes. Proficiency in administrative and commercial documentation.
