Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to create, develop, and manage 3D BIM models in Revit, parametrize elements, generate 2D documentation, and coordinate clash resolution. Key Highlights: 1. BIM modeling experience with Revit (mandatory) 2. Proficiency in Dynamo or automation scripts is a plus 3. Coordination of clash resolution We are HM INGENIEROS CONSULTORES S.A., a private company composed of a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to providing engineering consultancy services in Sanitary Engineering to both public and private sectors. **Requirements:** * Degree or studies in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of BIM modeling experience with Revit (mandatory). * Understanding of LOD concepts and required development levels per project phase. * Proficiency in Dynamo or automation scripts is positively valued. * Experience with IFC export and collaborative environments. * Proactivity, technical accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Create and develop 3D BIM models in Revit or other authoring tools. * Correctly parametrize elements according to BEP standards. * Generate 2D documentation (drawings, scheduling tables) from the model. * Create and customize BIM object families according to project requirements. * Update models in response to design reviews and project changes. * Upload and properly manage deliverables in the CDE. * Coordinate with the BIM Coordinator for clash resolution. **Benefits:** * Salary negotiable * Pleasant working environment * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * District: San Borja Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * In which district do you reside? * What is your salary expectation?
