This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency and continuity of our depot operations while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, productivity, and customer experience. As a **Depot Supervisor**, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations in the yard and warehouses, ensuring safe, efficient, and corporate-process-aligned execution. This could be your next opportunity to lead a high-impact operational team within a dynamic business — in a work environment grounded in safety, inclusion, diversity, and continuous development. **Responsibilities** ### **Leadership** * Supervise daily depot operations and ensure activities are executed under safety and efficiency standards. * Make operational decisions to guarantee continuity, compliance, and proper task prioritization. * Coordinate resources, shifts, capabilities, and priorities with your team and related departments. ### **Team Coordination** * Directly lead **3 Operations Coordinators**, and indirectly lead a team of approximately **40 people**. * Foster a culture of safety, quality, effective communication, and customer focus. * Ensure training, continuous feedback, and a collaborative working environment. ### **Customer Service and Stakeholder Management** * Serve internal and external customers, ensuring response times, accuracy, and customer experience focus. * Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs), timely invoicing, port payment handling, and audit support. ### **Cost and Inventory Control** * Manage operational costs, ensure controls, review consumption, and optimize resources. * Supervise inventories of equipment, containers, and other depot assets. **Ideal Candidate:** * Completed professional degree (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields). * **3 years of experience** in logistics operations, distribution centers, ports, transportation, or distribution. * **1–2 years leading operational teams**. * People management skills and assertive communication. * Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and make quick decisions. * Data analysis skills and continuous improvement mindset. * Intermediate Excel; Power BI knowledge desirable. * Intermediate English (desirable). \#LI\- MF1 Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
