Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Engineer to perform technical activities, advise customers, and certify products for networking and communications solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise customers on networking and communications solutions 2. Provide technical support and training 3. Certify products in the networking laboratory Hayex Technology SAC, a company dedicated to the distribution and commercialization of comprehensive networking and communications solutions, is looking for a **COMMERCIAL ENGINEER**: **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform activities according to customers' technical requirements before, during, and after a sale; as well as conduct product certification tests in coordination with the immediate supervisor and in collaboration with colleagues. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide specialized advisory services to customers regarding the solutions offered by the company. * Support other departments within the company on technical inquiries related to the solutions. * Execute commercial agreements with customers during the sales process; such agreements may include: technical support, training, configuration, and commissioning of the solution in coordination with the immediate supervisor. * Review equipment failures reported by customers and validate warranty coverage for the sold equipment. * Certify products of new solutions in the networking laboratory. * Generate appropriate documentation, as required, for subsequent follow-up. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Technician or graduate in Telecommunications Engineering or related fields. **Training:** * Knowledge of fiber optic networks. * Knowledge of telecommunications networks. **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Willingness to travel. Company under the General Tax Regime.
