Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Commercial Engineer to develop new business, manage commercial opportunities, and build long-term relationships in air conditioning and refrigeration services. WC Air Conditioning Engineering, a company dedicated to refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation installation and maintenance activities, is currently seeking **HVAC Commercial Engineer** **Job Objective** Develop new business and manage commercial opportunities in **HVAC**, air conditioning, and refrigeration services by identifying customers’ technical and operational needs and converting them into value-added solutions, profitable contracts, and long-term business relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect and acquire new B2B customers. * Develop and manage customer portfolio. * Identify maintenance, project, retrofit, and energy efficiency opportunities. * Conduct technical-commercial site visits and surveys. * Prepare and support technical-economic proposals. * Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities through to closure. * Negotiate commercial and contractual terms. * Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities. * Analyze costs, pricing, margins, and proposal profitability. * Manage renewals and growth of existing accounts. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Fluid Mechanics Engineering, or related fields. * **1–3 years of experience** in technical sales, business development, or HVAC services. * Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and maintenance systems. * Experience in B2B sales and management of corporate and industrial customers. * Proficiency with CRM systems, quotations, and technical-commercial proposals. * Prior experience with maintenance contracts and HVAC projects is desirable.
