Be part of a solid company in the technology sector Commercial Operations and Management Analyst **Drive decision-making with strategic analysis!** At **PACIFIC TRADE**, a leading company in the distribution of technology products, we are looking for a **Commercial Operations and Management Analyst** to contribute to the control, monitoring, and analysis of commercial management, providing direct support to Management for process optimization and achievement of business objectives. What will be your main responsibilities? * Support collections management by updating and consolidating collection feedback from each commercial executive. * Monitor visits, activities, and commercial team KPIs. * Prepare managerial reports and commercial data analysis to support decision-making. * Analyze and present procurement, sales, and inventory reports. * Manage and update price lists for different business lines. * Control and monitor commercial and promotional materials. * Support administration, monitoring, and improvement of processes using the Odoo ERP system. * Identify improvement opportunities through data and management indicator (KPI) analysis. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with Management’s activities and requirements. What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, International Business, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** (preferably **3 years**) of experience as a Commercial Assistant, Operations Assistant, Junior Sales Analyst, Management Assistant, or similar roles. * Proficient in **Intermediate \- Advanced Excel** (mandatory): VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical functions, database handling, and reporting. * Experience in preparing commercial reports, analyzing KPIs, and managing databases. * Experience with **Odoo** or any **ERP** system. * Experience in distribution, technology, mass consumption, or B2B commerce companies is a plus. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, results orientation, and effective communication.
