Courteous attention to residents and handling of mail and packages A company specializing in the management of residential and corporate buildings is currently seeking a responsible, proactive, and service-oriented concierge to join immediately at a building in Miraflores. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in condominium or residential building concierge services * No criminal or police records * Verifiable employment certificates and professional references * Completed secondary education * High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and service orientation **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and record entry and exit of visitors, vendors, and external personnel * Ensure building or condominium security and compliance with internal regulations * Document shift-related incidents and formally hand over information to the incoming concierge * Provide courteous assistance to residents and receive mail and packages * Report incidents and maintenance issues to management **Working Conditions:** * Monthly salary: approx. S/ 1,600 * Formal employment under the general labor regime * Schedule: 12-hour morning and night shifts, Monday through Saturday Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
