We need someone who can coordinate and anticipate issues—keeping the project on time, within budget, and without surprises. Responsibilities: \- Plan and coordinate daily site operations. \- Coordinate contractors and specialized trades: masonry, plumbing, electrical, finishing works. \- Procure and schedule materials and equipment to arrive on time. \- Monitor schedule, budget, and work quality. \- Anticipate problems before they impact timeline or cost. \- Report progress. Requirements: \- Proven experience managing construction projects or renovations. \- Experience managing contractors, procurement, and coordination of specialized trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.). \- Organized, proactive person with strong communication skills. \- Fluent Spanish. \- On-site work in Miraflores, full-time.
