Job Summary: Prepares, loads, unloads, and controls orders for efficient distribution, while also managing merchandise returns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepares and packages orders for safe and efficient delivery. 2. Performs loading, unloading, and order control to ensure proper distribution. 3. Manages and reports on returns and the status of products. **DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT!** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepares and packages orders for safe delivery. * Performs loading and unloading of merchandise onto vehicles. * Conducts checklists and order control to ensure effective delivery distribution. * Reports and updates the status of each order to monitor delivery times. * In case of returns, manages and reports the reasons for return and the condition of the product to be returned. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or currently enrolled in a technical or university program in: Transportation and Distribution, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level). * Experience with inventory management software. * Up-to-date knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and cross-docking regulations. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market-aligned salary * Timely payments (bi-weekly and end-of-month) * Formal payroll registration Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
