We are currently seeking a: **DISTRIBUTION AND TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities** * Support in vehicle scheduling. * Reporting on service status and monitoring. * Management and supervision of document return related to completed services. * Operational staff support to ensure timely deliveries. * Support in billing and settlement processes for services, as well as report generation. * Fleet tracking and GPS control. * Provision of management indicators to the Operations Department. * Management of expense requests. * Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements** * *Education:* Technical or University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or International Business. * *Excel Proficiency:* Intermediate (proficient in pivot tables and databases). * *Experience:* Minimum 1 year with logistics operators, specifically in distribution and/or transportation, including local distribution experience (route planning, municipal restrictions, and distribution channels such as distributors, wholesalers, Horeca, and traditional trade). **What We Offer** * Formal employment with full statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Food card. ***Work Location:*** BSF \- Villa El Salvador, Lima. ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:30 hrs.
