




Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Assistant to manage merchandise logistics, coordinate shipments, and control inventory in an advertising industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages verification, receipt, and dispatch of local/provincial merchandise 2. Coordinates and tracks shipments/pickups, issues operational documents in ERP 3. Controls inventory, documentary records, and distribution incidents POP UP E.I.R.L., Advertising Industry, dedicated to the production and installation of advertising materials. We are currently seeking new talent for the position of **Distribution Assistant** **REQUIREMENTS** * University or technical students (final cycles) or graduates in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * 1 year of experience in the position. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience generating reports and monitoring KPIs. * Availability to support operational activities. **MAIN FUNCTIONS** * Manage verification, receipt, and dispatch of merchandise at local and provincial levels. * Coordinate and track shipments and pickups with courier services and vehicle units. * Issue and register operational documents in the ERP system (service orders, waybills, invoices, inventory entry/exit notes). * Coordinate shipments with transportation providers and local agencies. * Control inventory, documentary records, and distribution incidents. * Ensure organization, filing, and traceability of departmental documentation. * Provide operational support to other departments as required. **CONDITIONS** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Location: Cercado de Lima * Employment Regime: MYPE * Payment: Biweekly **BENEFITS** * Payroll from day one * Career development path * Dynamic work environment Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Which district do you live in? * Are you available to work in Cercado de Lima? * Do you agree to work under the MYPE regime?
