Electrical Installation Supervisor – Telecommunications **Join our team!** We are currently seeking an **Electrical Installation Supervisor** to join the **Supervision Service, Operational ATP, and Documentation Closure**, participating in major telecommunications infrastructure projects and ensuring the correct execution of electrical installations for cellular base stations. **Requirements** -------------- * Graduate and licensed in **Electrical Engineering** or **Electromechanical Engineering**. * Valid **Professional Registration (CIP)** (mandatory). * Minimum general experience of **3 years** in electrical installations for telecommunications construction projects. * Minimum specific experience of **3 years** as a **Field Supervisor** in: * Medium- and low-voltage systems. * Rectifiers **\-48 VDC**. * Battery banks. * Electrical distribution panels. * Grounding systems. * Experience will be counted **from the date of obtaining the professional degree**. * A diploma in **Low- or Medium-Voltage Electrical Systems** is desirable. * Course in Electricity for Telecommunications. * Course in Grounding Systems. * Course in Photovoltaic Systems (desirable). * Knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards applicable to telecommunications infrastructure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing technical reports. * Availability to conduct field supervision and travel as required by the project. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Supervise the proper implementation of medium- and low-voltage systems at cellular base stations. * Verify the installation and operation of electrical panels, rectifiers **\-48 VDC**, battery banks, and electrical distribution systems. * Supervise the implementation and measurement of grounding systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. * Supervise photovoltaic system installations when required by the project. * Verify compliance with **Terms of Reference (TDR)** and **Technical Specifications for Work (ETT)** for the cellular base station’s electrical systems. * Prepare technical supervision reports, observations, and work completion certifications. * Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. **Competencies** ---------------- * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork. **We Offer** ------------- * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal payroll enrollment according to employment modality. * Participation in major telecommunications sector projects. * Professional development and training opportunities. * Excellent working environment.
