Excellent career opportunity Our client, a leading occupational health company, has entrusted us with identifying top talent for the position of Training and Development Expert. **Work Location:** San Isidro – Lima Role Objective Lead the strategic planning, execution, and control of the training program, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, operational efficiency, and impact on talent development. Key Responsibilities * Design an integrated training and development strategy aligned with business objectives. * Develop and manage the annual training plan and schedule. * Coordinate with internal departments and external providers. * Implement KPIs and ROI measurement for training. * Oversee administrative documentation. * Select, evaluate, and develop internal facilitators. * Prepare managerial and executive progress reports. * Analyze monthly service impact. * Develop individual development plans. * Manage the 2026 outsourcing project. * Design training programs and curricular frameworks. * Instructional design (ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning models). * Creation of internal training content. * Use of tools to structure content. * Define learning objectives and adapt training according to specialty and operational level.
