The Finance Business Coordinator provides key financial support to drive business performance through planning, results analysis, and reporting for decision-making.

**Position Title:** Finance Business Coordinator NPP PE\-BO**Location:** San Isidro / Lima.

**Reports To:** Business Controller NPP Plata \& Andina Sur.**Department:** Purina / Finance.
**Position Purpose:**
Focuses on delivering first-line financial support to drive business performance, including financial planning, results analysis, and preparation of reports and insights for decision-making.
Assumes F\&C responsibility across the entire business value chain in Peru and Bolivia, interacting with all business areas—including Nestlé Peru and Bolivia corporate functions. **A Day in the Life of...**
* Coordinate the Dynamic Forecast (DF) process, participating in the Monthly Business Planning (MBP) process alongside other business functions, consolidating and challenging inputs—through a holistic understanding of the full P\&L—across various departments.
* Calculate and update DF, prepare presentations, and conduct monthly tracking. Monitor gaps versus business objectives.
* Analyze variances between current results and forecast for both countries (full P\&L and Topline: Volume, RIG; OG).
* Management reports to monitor business progress across both countries at the levels of: top line, brand profitability, SKU, and channel.
* Profitability analysis for new product launches and product renovation projects.
* Analysis and approval of commercial actions—Pre- and Post-Trade Spend evaluations—in collaboration with commercial teams.
* Sales valuation, commercial objectives setting, and variable incentive payouts to the sales force.
* Deliver timely (per annual deliverables calendar) and accurate reports to the Region (NPP Latam), ensuring accuracy and precision in forecasts and reports.
* Support the Business Controller by preparing and analyzing various financial performance metrics to enable sound decision-making and effective execution of action plans.
* Track portfolio marginal contribution to propose pricing adjustments.
* Support marketing teams in monitoring PFME (marketing investments) budgets, ensuring Pre- and Post-evaluations are conducted.
* Track business-specific MOGE. Prepare reports and analyses to identify savings opportunities in collaboration with functional leaders.
* Direct participation in the MBP process (Demand Planning), representing Finance in various meetings throughout the cycle.
* Ensure internal process controls by promoting the use of Random Audits.
* Regional Cluster Support for Plata \& Andina Sur Region (ARG, UY, PY, PE \& BO): Consolidate projected and actual results from the five countries to ensure comprehensive regional visibility versus targets. Estimated time commitment: \u003c 20%.
* Topline: Volume, RIG, OG (total and by segment): Scenario valuation and closing estimates.
* Profitability: P\&L / COP1\. KPIs and management reports: Analysis of variances between actual results and budget. Variance reports for each monthly close.
**What Will Make You Successful:** * Graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration and Finance, Engineering, and/or Economics-related disciplines.
* Over 3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in management control and planning; experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries; previous positions such as: Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Analyst / Sr. Commercial Finance Analyst, Finance Analyst, FP\&A Analyst / FP\&A Sr. Analyst.
