**CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
* Master's degree or postgraduate qualification (Finance, MBA)
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the required position or similar roles
* Minimum 7–10 years of experience in positions related to the company’s core business activities or the process associated with this role
* Experience in engineering and construction project management
* Minimum 3 years of experience applying IFRS standards
* Minimum 2 years of experience handling local tax regulations and transfer pricing
* Minimum 2 years of experience managing customs regulations and temporary import regimes
* Minimum 1 year of experience supervising personnel
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX (FI/CO, Project/Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Inventory modules)
* Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (D365 F\&O, SAP, Oracle)
* Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and Tableau
* Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency
* Valid driver’s license
* Willingness to work on-site in San Isidro
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Lead the comprehensive financial management of the country operation through financial analysis, performance indicator review, and alignment with corporate guidelines to ensure financial control, profitability, and regulatory compliance
* Oversee the monthly financial close and issuance of IFRS-based financial statements by reviewing trial balances, reconciliations, and financial reports to guarantee accuracy and compliance with accounting and tax requirements
* Plan the annual budget, forecasts, and financial projections based on historical analysis, financial performance trends, and operational forecasts to ensure financial sustainability and support strategic decision-making
* Manage cash flow, treasury, credit, and collections by monitoring financial transactions, accounts receivable, and payment obligations to ensure liquidity and fulfillment of financial commitments
* Evaluate costs, margins, and profitability per business line and project through financial reporting and budget variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and resource optimization
* Assess and model projects—including cash flow, IRR, NPV, payback period, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis—applying approval criteria, executing and monitoring CAPEX projects and investments through follow-up meetings, budgetary control, and progress reviews to ensure adherence to timelines and financial objectives
* Supervise tax, fiscal, and customs compliance through document review, process validation, and regulatory tracking to ensure legal compliance and prevent financial contingencies
* Administer ERP tools, financial reports, and Business Intelligence dashboards using financial systems, databases, and technology platforms to facilitate managerial analysis and decision-making
* Monitor financial KPIs and budget variances through KPI reviews, management reports, and comparative analysis to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
* Establish internal controls, financial guidelines, and policies through corporate regulations, procedures, and financial best practices to strengthen financial control and efficiency
* Comply with institutional, client, or regulatory body rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, and Integrated Management System requirements
* Execute duties assigned by the functional manager and other company authorities to meet internal and external requirements without compromising the core purpose of the role
