Job Summary: We are seeking a Crawler Excavator Operator to operate large-tonnage equipment, perform excavation, demolition, and material loading tasks for projects at the Port of Callao. A Peruvian company with over 17 years of experience in earthmoving, industrial construction, and demolition, is currently seeking **Crawler Excavator Operators** for projects at the **Port of Callao**. Main Responsibilities: * Operation of crawler excavators weighing 34 to 38 tons. * Mass and localized excavation. * Demolition using hydraulic hammers. * Excavation in confined spaces and around existing structures. * Loading material into dump trucks. * Grading and platform formation. * Daily equipment inspection and reporting of mechanical observations. * Strict adherence to safety procedures. Essential Requirements: * **Minimum 5 years’ experience** operating crawler excavators. * **Proven experience using hydraulic hammers.** * Experience in excavation for civil or industrial works. * Experience operating Caterpillar, Hyundai, Doosan/Develon, Volvo, or similar equipment. * Knowledge of pre-operational inspections. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work at the Port of Callao. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working at ports. * Experience in demolition. * Experience working near pipelines or existing structures. * Accident-free work record. * Certificates for heavy equipment operation. Working Conditions: * Work schedule: **Monday to Saturday**. * Occasional Sundays and holidays as required by project needs. * Meals provided. * Accommodation provided for personnel from provinces. * Formal employment registration per Peruvian labor law. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for continuity in future projects.
