Design and update labor policies aligned with company objectives. Supervise contractual management and compliance with Peruvian labor regulations. Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding. Administer holiday, overtime, and vacation compensation. Coordinate OSH and HSW programs and committees. Maintain up-to-date internal manuals and regulations. Perform other duties assigned by the employer related to the nature of the position. **Requirements** Professional degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Psychology, Social Work, Law, or related fields in Human Resource Management. Knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations. Intermediate proficiency in AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).
