




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with experience leading the HR department and solid expertise in labor legislation, payroll management, and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the human resources department and its sub-areas 2. Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and Sunafil 3. Experience in payroll management, CTS, and contracts * University degree in **Industrial Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or Accounting** * Minimum 3 years of experience as Human Resources Manager, preferably in Mining, Transportation, and/or Construction sectors * Specialization or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources * Leadership of the human resources department and knowledge of its sub-areas * Current knowledge of labor laws and Sunafil * Proficiency in PLAME, AFP Net, payroll processing, CTS, and contracts * Knowledge of recruitment and personnel selection * Familiarity with subsidy processing procedures * Ability to manage KPIs * Excellent communication skills across all departments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
