**JOB OBJECTIVES:** Actively support the planning and coordination of distribution logistics for cargo transportation, contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement of logistics processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to and enhance productivity by maintaining and improving quality standards and optimizing costs. * Coordinate with other departments on operations in which they are involved. * Monitor and supervise operators’ work. * Maintain statistical records of operations. * Prepare and present key performance indicator (KPI) reports for plant operations. * Develop detailed reports on plant performance and efficiency. * Propose continuous improvements and optimizations based on data analysis. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university student in the final academic cycle, or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Proficiency in computer tools and data analysis software. * Proactivity, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team.
