Job Summary: Bodywork and painting advisor responsible for comprehensive management of vehicle repairs, from initial inspection to vehicle delivery to the customer. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the entire vehicle repair process and customer service. 2. Coordinates with insurance companies and internal departments for efficiency. 3. Verifies quality and manages additional work. Prepare repair estimates and quotations. Manage work order issuance. Coordinate with insurance companies for inspections, approvals, and claims follow-up. Inform customers about repair status and progress. Coordinate with bodywork, painting, and warehouse departments to ensure availability of spare parts and materials. Monitor adherence to delivery deadlines. Manage additional work identified during repairs and request appropriate approvals. Verify quality of completed work prior to vehicle delivery. Handle billing and related service documentation. Deliver the vehicle to the customer, explaining performed repairs. Address customer complaints and coordinate timely resolutions. Maintain up-to-date information in workshop management systems. 2\. Requirements 2\.1\. Academic Qualifications Technical or university degree in Automotive Mechanics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Customer service specialization or automotive workshop management is desirable. 2\.2\. Experience Minimum 2 years as a Service Advisor, Claims Advisor, or similar roles in bodywork and painting workshops. Experience in vehicle insurance claims management (desirable). 2\.3\. Knowledge Automotive bodywork, dent repair, and painting processes. Preparation of estimates and quotations. Handling of insurance companies and vehicle claims. Customer service and negotiation techniques. Microsoft Office and workshop management systems. 3\. Working Conditions: 3\.1\. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM 3\.2\. Salary: PEN 2500 + billing bonus. 4\. Other Requirements: Valid A1 driver’s license is mandatory.
