We are currently seeking a **Junior Commercial Intelligence Analyst** with strong curiosity, energy, and the drive to influence our market strategies. **What will be your main challenge?** Your mission will be to generate, analyze, and deliver market, customer, and competitive intelligence to identify business opportunities and support decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the profitability and competitiveness of our products. **Your key responsibilities:** * Collect and systematize market, trend, and competitive information, conducting comparative analyses (benchmarking). * Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities to produce strategic reports. * Support market size estimation and execute research (surveys, interviews) to validate new business opportunities. * Analyze customer data to build market segments and *Buyer Personas*. * Update sales metrics and conduct "mystery shopper" evaluations to enhance commercial experience. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles. *We highly value candidates with backgrounds in Product, Trade Marketing, or Marketing (with focus on brands and physical analysis—not solely digital)!* * **Knowledge:** Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and intermediate English proficiency. * **Skills:** Analytical thinking, effective communication, strong curiosity, and high initiative.
