Mechanical Design Engineer – End-of-Line Machines

Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer with experience in mechanical design of industrial machinery and proficiency in 3D software to develop conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in design of end-of-line industrial machinery 2. Proficiency in 3D design and modeling software (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD) 3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and selection of mechanical components * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles involving mechanical engineering and design for industrial machinery. * Experience in designing end-of-line machines: conveyors, bagging machines, boxing machines, palletizers, labeling machines, automated systems, and similar industrial equipment. * Proficiency in 3D design and modeling software: SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, or equivalent. * Knowledge of preparation and interpretation of fabrication, assembly, and detail drawings. * Knowledge of selection and design of mechanical components: structures, transmissions, bearings, shafts, chains, belts, pneumatic systems, and actuators. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, welding, bending, cutting, and industrial assembly. * Desired experience in integration with industrial automation systems. * Desired knowledge of industrial design standards and machine safety regulations. * **Development of conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering.** * Mechanical design and 3D modeling of industrial equipment. * Preparation of fabrication and assembly drawings. * Generation of bills of materials (BOM). * Coordination with production, fabrication, and assembly teams. * Technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning. * Participation in improvements and innovation of industrial equipment.
