Excellent work environment and teamwork **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Record daily attendance of operational staff in the system. * Supervise operational activities throughout the shift, ensuring adherence to schedules and routes. * Plan, assign, and coordinate transportation and delivery routes according to daily requirements. * Monitor vehicles in real time via GPS platforms and provide support for any operational incidents. * Provide immediate solutions to on-route problems (delays, incorrect addresses, customer no-shows, damaged products, etc.) **REQUIREMENTS** Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of GPS monitoring, fleet control, and incident management. Intermediate-level Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, and data control).
