We are seeking a **Multifunctional Telecommunications Technician** with experience in this position. **Requirements:** * Technical or engineering education in electrical, electronics, networks, systems, computing, telecommunications, or related fields. * Knowledge of power systems, telecommunications systems, industrial plant maintenance, and radio and transport technologies. * Experience working at heights * **Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance for 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile networks** * **Maintenance or startup of generator sets at sites** * **Maintenance or refrigerant charging of air conditioning units in RBS** * Height-work certification (not mandatory) * **Valid A1 Driver’s License** **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance according to the schedule: cleaning, adjustments, parameter measurements, alarm testing, and operational verification per defined procedures. * Address and resolve network incidents 24x7 within established service levels, based on assigned zones and shifts. * Perform major and minor preventive and corrective maintenance on power systems including UPS, inverters, rectifiers, batteries, switchboards, and SPAT. * Monitor network performance and generate reports on faults and implemented solutions. * Prepare photographic reports of activities and site equipment. * Inspect, test, and configure telecommunications equipment as required, including evaluation of parameters (electrical, frequencies) for microwave, IP, and WiMAX, 2G, 3G, 4G, BAFI, and small cell technologies. **What We Offer:** * 100% EPS health insurance coverage * Mandatory Life Insurance * Certification Program * Well-being services (psychologist, nutritionist) * Corporate discounts * Access to continuous training platform (Udemy) * Collaborative culture and real growth opportunities * Large-scale technology projects with leading clients Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you hold a valid A1 driver’s license? * What is your gross monthly salary expectation in soles (on payroll)?
