Monitoring of operational risks and proposal of improvements On behalf of our client, we are looking for **an Operations Assistant** to support the execution and monitoring of operational processes, ensuring timely completion of activities within established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** \- Assist the Operational Project Manager. \- Manage coordination with external entities and suppliers. \- Provide administrative and operational support to the department. \- Handle document management and information control. \- Monitor operational risks and propose process improvements. \- Coordinate internally with the service manager. **Requirements** \- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Knowledge of the transportation sector (preferred). \- Ability to monitor and control operational activities. \- High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and proactivity. \- Must reside in districts adjacent to La Molina. **Working Conditions** \- Work modality: On-site. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Location: La Molina. \- Contract type: MYPE payroll. \- Remuneration: S/ 1,500 \- Benefits: Career development path.
