Job Summary:
Ensure accurate merchandise correspondence during dispatch by verifying codes, quantities, quality, and batches, and guaranteeing adherence to established controls and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Control the merchandise preparation area and label shipments.
2. Manage and correct picking errors, and report deviations in the process.
3. Ensure compliance with SHE and Quality standards for loading vehicles.

**Position Purpose:**
Ensure, during the dispatch process, that merchandise loaded onto transport units exactly matches the assigned orders, verified through codes, quantities, quality, and batches to be dispatched. Additionally, guarantee compliance with established controls and procedures in the preparation area, dispatch cages, and maneuvering yard, strictly adhering to Good Storage Practices (GSP) and SHE standards.
**A Day in the Life of...**
* Monitor the merchandise preparation area; unauthorized personnel (e.g., drivers, loaders) must not be present.
* Label 100% of prepared shipments, arranging them correctly within the preparation area to ensure priority requirements are met.
* Verify and ensure that prepared shipments fully match picking requirements: quantity, quality, and batch.
* Track preparations according to time windows and promptly report any deviations.
* Review inter-DC transfers, validating seals, quantities, quality, and managing discrepancies identified.
* Immediately manage and correct picking errors (operational coordination with the dispatch supervisor).
* Immediately report any deviations occurring during the preparation process or any attempted fraud.
* Strictly control EAN and non-EAN pallets loaded onto transport units or entering the dispatch cage. For palletized dispatches, the corresponding form must always be completed, paying close attention to pallet type.
* Prior to loading, ensure the vehicle complies with all SHE and Quality standards established by NESTLE.
Report and manage the destination of products remaining in the dispatch area and not loaded for any reason.

**What Will Make You Successful**
* Graduate of university or technical programs such as Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 02 years of experience in similar positions.
* Knowledge of mass-consumption warehouse processes.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office.
* Knowledge of Distribution Center processes (desirable).
* Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office.
* Basic English (desirable).
* Soft Skills: Teamwork, results orientation, proactivity.
* Availability to work rotating shifts and relocate to other sub-areas or DCs in Lima as required by operational needs.
