Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Apply and coordinate implementation of site administrative procedures for the specific project. * Coordinate operational mobilizations to origin locations according to schedule. * Coordinate accommodation and meals—on-site and/or off-site—according to the personnel histogram. * Provide support in coordination for timely supply of equipment, tools, and materials aligned with field personnel activities. * Address personnel and resource requests according to approved changes to the service scope. * Maintain roster control and update it daily. * Administer contracts with various project suppliers (catering, transportation, accommodation, and offices) per the assigned project proposal. * Maintain physical and electronic records of project documents and their respective contracts. * Control project-issued and received documents. * Provide direct assistance to the Project Resident Engineer on routine office tasks, including correspondence drafting, meeting scheduling, and maintenance of project administrative information. * Keep field office expenses updated by budget line item. * Monitor attendance of field office personnel. * Support review and tracking of expense reports. * Responsible for providing support and responding to internal and external audits. * Coordinate and attend scheduled meetings upon Client request. * Other duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer and/or Project Leader. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, among others, in performing assigned activities. **Professional Background:** * Technical or university graduate in any discipline. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant and/or site administrator and/or document controller or similar positions and/or functions. * Prior experience in mining sector projects is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office is desirable. * Residency in Cajamarca or nearby cities is desirable. * Availability to work on-site under field work regime. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 3**Job Posting** Feb 26, 2026, 10:44:05 AM
